Sometimes it is the little things in life that make you happy ... such as cooking a good meal. I am a failure at being motivated to cook most of the time and always feel accomplished when I do so tonight's picture is of tonight's dinner. And it was much better than expected, especially since I decided to make a mix to marinate the chicken in for a while.
